Although the "long-eared jerboa," to be found in China and Mongolia, has been known for at least 40 years, I doubt there is a separate species or subspecies known as the "Mongolian long-eared jerboa," because it is not included in the most authoritative taxonomic source on mammals of the world, found at http://www.bucknell.edu/msw3/
